When Eating a Wolf is a publication of food, culture, and travel writing. A gastronomic journal is both a journal about food and a journal that you can eat. This is the former while the latter is still under construction.
The recipes focus on authentic preparation with as much in country cooking as possible from native cooks. They are timeless, at least for now.
If How to Cook A Wolf was concerned with how to make the most of very little, this is concerned with how to eat all of it.
